		<description><![CDATA[I just wanted to make a quick announcement as to how the new site will work!  If you cursor down to the bottom of this front page, you'll see the latest blog post for each and every category on this website.  As you can see, I just published a new post in the Food News category - it lists the date so you can see when the category was last updated.

Up top you'll find various featured articles from a few topics - for instance, right now the two on the right feature two events that took place in December (but those will change as new content continues to be posted).  

Our secondary pages are all still available (such as our <a href="http://scoopmill.com/calendar-of-events/"><B>calendar of events</b></a>, church listings, and <a href="http://scoopmill.com/recreation/restaurants/"><b>restaurant listings</b></a>, to name a few).]]></description>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<!-- sphereit start --><p>I remember reading a statistic not too long ago that the most popular drugs for kids to try are prescriptions they can find in their own parents&#8217; medicine cabinet at home.  </p>
<p>Tomorrow, Keystone Substance Abuse Services of York County is offering parents and grandparents the opportunity to get rid of old bottles of medication before the children in their homes can find them.  Operation Medicine Drop, a day of amnesty to dispose of unused, unwanted and expired medications in the home, has been scheduled for tomorrow, December 12 from 9 a.m. &#8211; 2 p.m. </p>
<p>This initiative will be held in partnership with several law enforcement and substance abuse prevention organizations (including <a href="http://www.keystoneyork.org/index.html" target="_new"><b>Keystone</b></a>.  The local Fort Mill drop off is at the Bi-Lo (1329 W. Highway 160) in Fort Mill.  For more information you are welcome to call Keystone at (803) 324-1800.</p>
