Our condolences go out to the family and friends of former Fort Mill mayor, Harry Hallman, who passed away Tuesday, September 1, 2009 at the age of 78. A lifelong resident of South Carolina (he grew up in Lancaster but moved to Fort Mill about 50 years ago), he served as Mayor from 1978-1984.
