I run Tega Cay Talk, which is a social network, allowing members to have their own blogs, groups, discussion forums, and more. We&#039;ve also just partnered with The Observer in a year-long hyperlocal news experiment, which aims to expand the reach and increase the quality of local journalism.

I&#039;m not sure who runs Tega Cay Voice. I think it is a collective effort, and it definitely seems to be the &quot;Underground&quot; crowd... which means lots of activity, opinions, and insider info about city politics.
