Forget the national headlines. Home sales are doing okay in Fort Mill. It may take a bit longer, but they ARE selling – and for a wide variety of prices. Want proof?
This home was for sale in 29715 and sold for $720,000 in late January.
This home was for sale in 29715 and sold for $277,500 in late January.
This home was for sale in 29708 and sold for $388,188 in early February.
Edited to add: Today a report also came out on MSN.com that lists Charlotte as having the third best real estate market in the country. It stands to reason that Fort Mill would be included as part of that market.
